Note that there are no warranties due to wear and tear. Similar to any other baby product, over time our pacifier clips should be exchanged every few months for sanitation reasons.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We will process and ship your order within 48 hours upon receiving your order ( excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are having a special promotion and receive an influx of orders.) Your order will be shipped USPS First Class. If you're in the United States, it will take anywhere between 3-5 days to arrive after it's been shipped. If you're international, it will take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive ( sometimes sooner and occasionally longer.) 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

Once your order has been placed, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time due to sanitation and safety reasons. 

MY ORDER SAYS 'SHIPPED' BUT HASN'T ARRIVED?

Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information.

 MY ORDER'S TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT?

Packages marked as delivered, but are ‘not received’ are the customer's responsibility to locate and track down. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Be sure to contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and start an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.

We do not issue refunds or replace lost packages. ( Note: 99% of the time, packages do show up.)

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I CHECKOUT? 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at time of checkout. Madeline’s Box is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Reshipping packages returned to Madeline’s Box due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost and include a $5 restocking fee.

CAN I ALTER AN ORDER BEFORE IT'S BEEN SHIPPED? 

We can not combine shipping on multiple orders placed as all ordered as shipped individually.

Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to change an order once it has been placed.

Our fulfillment center frequently ships within hours of ordering.

We are not able to cancel an order or give refunds. Please be sure everything is correct before checking out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do our best to keep taxes and duties low. However, you will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.

International shipping can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

Not all countries offer tracking once your package has left the United States. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the United States, please contact your local postal carrier.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: 

We strive to send the best of the best, but every once in a while a defective item may slip through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. You MUST contact us within the first 21 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. No exceptions.
